Sr. Facilities Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform maintenance and repairs on conveyor systems and associated equipment including printers, strappers, and power equipment
• Troubleshoot conveyor electronics and perform light electrical and plumbing repairs
• Serve as the Safety Point of Contact and lead weather response initiatives
• Conduct critical inspections including weekly generator checks, monthly load bank testing, air compressor maintenance, and fire extinguisher checks
• Oversee facility housekeeping, security/fire system maintenance, and emergency door inspections
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and assist with special projects or lead duties as required
• Train the facilities team on LOTO procedures, machinery operation, and electrical safety protocols

Requirements

• 2+ years of related facilities maintenance experience
• Proficiency in conveyor system maintenance and troubleshooting
• Experience with electrical and plumbing repairs
• Knowledge of safety protocols and power equipment operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval (ASR) systems
• Familiarity with Motorized Drive Roller (MDR) systems
• Knowledge of Controlled Hazardous Energy procedures and proper PPE usage
