Sr. Executive/AM/DM - PCM

Responsibilities

• Conduct contract reviews for received orders and resolve techno-commercial issues.
• Monitor project margins by checking price working for considered scope.
• Review customer purchase orders to ensure compliance with specifications and process orders in SAP.
• Manage the timely submission of post-order documents and monitor technical and commercial approvals.
• Track order cash flow, including claims and the receipt of advances.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Planning, Production, Purchase, and Manufacturing to ensure timely project delivery and avoid penalties.
• Organize and attend meetings with customers, consultants, and vendors to expedite approvals.
• Coordinate Third-party Inspection (TPI) activities with QM, Test Field, and clients.
• Manage daily pump allocations and circulate dispatch instructions to the excise and dispatch departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in SAP (SD and PP modules).
• Strong proficiency in MS Office.
• Technical knowledge and experience with centrifugal pumps.
• Knowledge of Third-party Inspection (TPI) activities and commercial dispatch procedures.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
