Sr. Equity Research Analyst, AI Platform

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate LLM-based workflows to process unstructured data and translate it into structured metrics and factors
• Convert equity research insights into scalable AI platform features for stock discovery and selection
• Develop and evaluate the performance of sector-based factor models using fundamental research and statistical techniques
• Oversee stock-picking model alignment to surface opportunities for a large retail investor audience
• Partner with Engineering to implement pipelines, establish reproducible backtests, and ship new analysis capabilities

Requirements

• 4+ years of buy-side public markets investing experience (hedge fund, long-only, family office, or endowment)
• Practical experience with LLM workflows in equity research (prompt engineering, structured extraction, error analysis)
• Experience with programming, coding, or working extensively with data
• Strong forensic accounting knowledge and experience building three-statement and sector-wide models
• Ability to translate fundamental research into repeatable, systematic, and scalable strategies
