Sr. Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, review, and improvement of the Yazaki Enterprise Management Program in collaboration with the Head of Corporate Governance
• Design and implement risk controls, processes, policies, and templates based on applicable laws and regulations
• Perform regular risk analysis with relevant stakeholders and report results
• Support the design and implementation of the Business Continuity Management approach for all functions and management systems
• Monitor and analyze trends, developments, and regulatory changes impacting the Yazaki business environment
• Maintain and continuously improve Enterprise Risk Management training and awareness programs

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Law or Business Management
• At least 5 years of experience in a comparable function
• Profound experience in the design and management of Information Protection Programs
• Expertise in data and process management
• Strong project management, conceptual, and communication skills
• Business fluent in English
• Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in additional languages
