Sr. Enterprise Risk Management Data Solutions Analyst, Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth system and data analysis to support Enterprise Risk Management data initiatives in alignment with governance policies.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements (BRDs/FRDs) for data-centric projects, including specifications for data quality and lineage.
• Manage project artifacts, tasks, and issues within JIRA to ensure accurate tracking of progress and dependencies.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of logical and physical data layers, including data models and data dictionaries.
• Identify and troubleshoot data quality gaps, collaborating with business owners and technology teams to implement remediation strategies.
• Use Citi AI tools to develop data analytical solutions and support the creation of detailed data flow diagrams and process maps.
• Participate in data governance forums and assist with the tracking of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log items.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or systems analysis with an emphasis on data quality and governance.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for task management and issue tracking.
• Solid understanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and database concepts.
• Proficiency in Oracle and PL-SQL.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Working experience with Agentic AI or Large Language Models (LLM).
• Experience with data lineage tools, data cataloging, or business intelligence tools like Tableau.
