Sr Enterprise Engineer — Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Own technical design and end-to-end development within Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Architect and implement scalable, reusable Apex components, LWC components, and design patterns
• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms using RESTful APIs
• Drive automation across the opportunity lifecycle, sales processes, and approvals
• Collaborate with Product, Sales Ops, and Legal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Review and enforce best practices regarding security, governor limits, and test coverage
• Lead technical projects across sprint cycles and provide mentorship to junior engineers
• Maintain high code quality through peer reviews and CI/CD processes

Requirements

• BS degree in an Engineering-related discipline
• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Engineer with a focus on Sales Cloud
• Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Strong understanding of data model design, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing
• Proven track record of shipping production-grade code at scale
• Experience integrating Salesforce with RESTful APIs and internal services
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (pricing rules, product bundles, and quote workflows)
• Experience with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) integration
• Experience building or extending AI assistant tools such as Agentforce or Salesforce-native AI tools
