Responsibilities

• Support Sr. Manager HV battery in the battery development and production process
• Support and participation in the mechanical design process
• Development the production process HV battery entirely
• Definition the manufacturing facilities HV Battery production
• Coordination manufacturing facility supplier and reporting to Sr. Manager HV Battery
• Coordination the communication with vehicle integration
• Support and synchronization with manufacturing plant in Nanjing
• Support and backing the homologation team
• Support and participation in the production license approach
• Support and backing the battery team in Nanjing

Requirements

• Experience in Automotive, OEM, supplier, or battery manufacturer environments
• Knowledge of battery system design, electrochemistry, MBS, and homologation
• Self-organizing, solution-oriented, and communicative personality
• Masters or PhD degree
