Sr. Engineer, Hardware-Mechanical

Responsibilities

• Provide structure design, analysis, and optimization for products and chucking appliances
• Deliver functional designs focused on lower cost and craftwork optimization
• Support customers, vendors, and internal departments with structural technical issues
• Coordinate relationships and communication among various internal departments
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to new team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related major
• More than 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CAD drawing, and Microsoft Office software
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and optical communication industry standards
• Extensive experience working with metal and plastic materials, including surface treatments
• Proven ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing optical communication products or chassis products
• Fluent English reading and writing skills (CET-4 level or equivalent)
