Sr. Enclosure Controls Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Enclosure and ECU control systems to ensure stable melting process environments and consistent production quality
• Own and maintain Facility SCADA systems, ensuring effective monitoring, control, and system reliability
• Plan and execute major equipment maintenance, overhauls, and end-of-life upgrade strategies
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead PLC control solution projects and advanced AI solutions development and deployment
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and establish training programs to enhance team competencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, PLC controls, or facility systems engineering
• Proven experience in process design, equipment selection, commissioning, and system troubleshooting
• Experience leading system upgrades, retrofits, or major maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of electrical and control system fundamentals
• Solid project execution and coordination capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SCADA systems, facility automation, or large-scale manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience with PLC logic and sequencing (e.g., Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• Proficiency in PC-Level programming languages such as VB, C/C++, or C#
• Experience with Industrial SCADA and DCS (e.g., GE iFiX, LabView)
• Understanding of feedback control principles, including PID and motion control
• TOEIC 550+ or equivalent English proficiency
