Sr. Electrical Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automated test equipment systems for functional, environmental qualification, and manufacturing acceptance tests
• Analyze test results to identify failure modes, lead root cause investigations, and drive improvements back into designs
• Author, execute, and audit test plans, procedures, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful testing campaigns
• Drive continuous improvement to test system infrastructure, processes, and practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of full cycle electronics hardware test or development experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals
• Extensive experience with test equipment and measurement techniques
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as C, C++, or Python
• Ability to develop and maintain test software

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
• Familiarity with industry test standards like RTCA DO-160 or MIL-STD-461/810
• Experience with Altium Designer and SPICE for PCB simulation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
