Sr. Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Lay out and assemble experimental circuitry and complete prototype models of company products
• Prepare diagnostic tests, set up test apparatus, and conduct functional tests to evaluate prototype performance
• Troubleshoot and debug production assemblies, sub-assemblies, and systems to isolate faults
• Adjust, calibrate, and modify circuitry and components while recording effects on unit performance
• Prepare technical reports including graphic and schematic documentation to describe operating characteristics and malfunctions
• Provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced technical personnel
• Ensure lab safety and compliance with FDA regulations, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and environmental requirements

Requirements

• Technical Diploma or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in electrical or electro-mechanical systems
• Proficiency in circuitry assembly and diagnostic testing
• Ability to interpret and create schematic documentation
