About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enhance electrical engineering skills by testing and debugging complex digital, analog, and RF hardware or circuit card assemblies
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to resolve production and integration issues
  • Provide technical oversight and direction for production hardware during the second shift (3pm - 12am)
  • Perform troubleshooting on electro-mechanical systems and document technical concurrence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience
  • Experience with RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design and analysis
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and waveform generators
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain an interim U.S. government Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
  • Proficiency with tools such as MATLAB, PSPICE, Mentor Graphics Designer, or HFSS
  • Experience with missile communication transceivers, data links, or GPS receiver subsystems
  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods for production yield improvement
  • Experience with subsystem integration, test automation scripting, and Engineering Change Notices (ECN)
