About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enhance electrical engineering skills by testing and debugging complex digital, analog, and RF hardware or electro-mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to resolve production and integration issues
  • Provide technical oversight and documentation to ensure production quality and schedule adherence
  • Work the 3rd shift schedule (11pm - 8am)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as waveform generators, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers
  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain an interim U.S. government Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Root-Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
  • Proficiency with tools such as MATLAB, PSPICE, Mentor Graphics Designer, or HFSS
  • Experience with circuit card assembly (CCA) processes and electronic subsystem design
  • Familiarity with missile communication transceivers, IMUs, or GPS receiver subsystems
  • Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods to improve production yield
