Sr. Electrical Engineer, PE

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of full electrical systems including power distribution, grounding, and lighting
• Contribute to both greenfield design-build projects and retrofits or system upgrades for existing facilities
• Collaborate with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop fully integrated facility designs
• Prepare construction-ready electrical drawings, specifications, and documents for bidding, permitting, and execution
• Participate in client meetings to align technical solutions with business needs and project goals
• Engage in proposal development and support client presentations for new project opportunities
• Travel as needed for site surveys, construction support, startup coordination, and client engagement

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience (lighting, power distribution, emergency backup, and fire alarm design)
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
• Proficiency in COMcheck, SKM Power Tools, AGi32, and Visual
• Skilled in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Experience with construction administration tasks such as RFI responses and site walks
