About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced test hardware, software, and firmware for sensor test solutions across power, RF, analog, and digital disciplines
- Lead small engineering teams, overseeing technical execution and reporting project status regarding cost and schedule
- Manage the full lifecycle of test solution design, from requirements definition through verification and final system sell-off
- Identify test readiness issues and implement optimizations throughout the development life cycle
- Support manufacturing operations through on-site troubleshooting and debugging
- Guide mechanical engineering and suppliers through test adapter design activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Proven experience in electrical engineering design and/or software automation
- U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Tewksbury, MA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with National Instruments tools including TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, or LabVIEW
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, or Python
- Experience with Digital, Analog, RF, or Power Supply test hardware/software design
- Familiarity with automated test and measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers)
- Experience using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or MS Project
