Sr EHS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage EHS programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard evaluations to identify potential environmental and occupational health risks.
• Provide training and education to employees on EHS policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure implementation and compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Develop effective health and safety solutions during the planning and launch of new products, services, or processes.
• Supervise and document administrative reports for the safety and environmental departments.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in environmental health and safety roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Lead auditor or internal auditor certification in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent computer skills.
