Sr. EHS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead impactful change initiatives and drive safety culture through proactive process improvements
• Manage development and implementation of local EHS policies, procedures, and safe work instructions
• Conduct EHS training to maintain regulatory compliance
• Implement standardized safety metrics and communication protocols for leadership teams
• Support investigation of EH&S related incidents and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Facilitate return to work for injured workers and assist with workers compensation claims
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide technical support for compliance
• Act as subject matter expert for the Joint Health and Safety Committee

Requirements

• 3+ years of occupational health and safety experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Diploma or certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Environmental and Health and Safety regulatory requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong supervisory, leadership, and team building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation
• National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO®) certification
