Sr. E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense on account health, monitoring performance notifications, policy violations, and stranded inventory
• Lead the full listing lifecycle using flat files and Seller Central tools, ensuring A+ Content integrity and category compliance
• Own feed creation and submission workflows, validating data against internal systems
• Manage Amazon support cases and escalate issues to drive resolution
• Support brand registry, trademark filings, and IP enforcement using Amazon Brand Protection tools
• Manage FBA inbound shipment creation, monitor receiving discrepancies, and handle hazmat documentation
• Identify and file claims for lost, damaged, or misrouted inventory
• Track inventory levels across FBA and 3PL locations and coordinate replenishment

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central operations experience
• Deep fluency with flat files, listing feeds, and Amazon catalog tools
• Strong understanding of FBA operations and reimbursement workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with project management tools like Asana
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL for data querying
• Background in health, wellness, beauty, or supplement categories
• Experience with IP/trademark management and Amazon Brand Registry
• Familiarity with A+ Content and listing optimization
• Experience with OMS/ERP systems like NetSuite or multi-marketplace operations
