Sr. Dynamics 365 Technical Architect

Responsibilities

• Provide Dynamics 365 administration expertise in a Cloud Hosted environment
• Serve as Lead Architect, providing guidance on solution design and best practices across business process workstreams
• Optimize, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 using X++, Power Apps, APIs, and SQL
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems like CRM, MES, Workday, and LMS using APIs, web services, and Azure tools
• Perform routine administrative tasks including user account maintenance, security profiles, and software releases
• Coordinate activities between IT, hardware systems, data services, and external vendors
• Ensure adherence to Computer System Validation (CSV) and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
• Troubleshoot errors and maintain data integrity through testing and data anomaly analysis
• Perform data mapping exercises to support integrations and data loads

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement)
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Integration
• Expertise in API development, SQL, middleware integration, and data migration tools
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM integration, custom reporting, X++ coding, and business processes
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (FI and/or SCM)
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant
• Azure Fundamentals Certification
• Experience with SQL Server and BI
• Six Sigma or Transactional Lean certification
