Sr District Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver an exceptional customer experience through the supervision of Store Team Leaders.
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management talent while creating effective succession plans.
• Lead consistent store visit evaluations and provide proactive feedback to ensure brand and performance standards are met.
• Execute district business strategies to maximize sales, manage annual budgets, and control controllable expenses and payroll.
• Ensure seamless execution of visual merchandising directives within scheduled timeframes and payroll budgets.
• Communicate clear expectations and hold store teams accountable for operational compliance and results.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressively responsible retail experience.
• 3+ years of Store Management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-store supervision experience.
• Ability to travel overnight and daily as required.
• High degree of proficiency in Google Suite, Gmail, and internet applications.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
