Sr. Distribution Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall logistical movement and control of materials, including inbound, outbound, inter-plant, and production supply.
• Manage day-to-day execution of materials movement between the warehouse, production floor, and finished goods shipping.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization projects using analytical methods and automated warehouse technologies (e.g., VLM/ASRS).
• Partner with Global Supply Chain and Purchasing to formulate the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) and ensure warehouse capacity planning.
• Manage a team of shipping and warehouse associates, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Oversee the inventory control program, financial compliance, and transactional integrity to minimize supply chain risk.
• Ensure compliance with all GMP, regulatory, and ISO guidelines.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in logistics management.
• Advanced experience with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience working in a Medical Device or other highly regulated industry.
• Proven experience operating in a lean warehouse environment.
• Proficiency in shipping software and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong skills in developing and executing inventory control strategies.
