Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned to organizational goals
• Create and execute brand strategy through marketing campaigns and social media
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for open positions across all departments
• Grow, lead, and develop the recruitment team including employees and contractors
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and department goals
• Implement and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build recruitment data and analytics practices to measure process efficacy
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local recruitment laws and Quality Management System (QMS) expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 12+ years of recruitment experience in high-growth Pharma/Biotech organizations
• 7+ years of direct management experience
• Experience handling high-volume recruiting
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Greenhouse (ATS), and HRIS
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
