Sr Director, Sales and Merchandising

Responsibilities

• Drive the regional assortment for Tommy Hilfiger and Nike underwear by aligning regional needs with global strategies
• Develop and execute forward-looking account strategies to maximize sell-in and sell-through
• Identify and analyze sales and profit opportunities for current and future brand initiatives
• Lead the Go to Market strategy within Wholesale, partnering with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive assortments
• Analyze retail and competitive performance to develop focused action plans
• Partner with Planning, Merchandising, Design, Marketing, Sourcing, Finance, and Retail Development to deliver sales and margin goals
• Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and merchant teams
• Drive new business development and lead showroom setups

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of wholesale experience
• Proven experience in sales and leading merchant teams
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert knowledge of PowerPoint Pro for professional presentations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel approximately 30%
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving market conditions
