About the role

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of RevOps to define and operationalize the bi-annual roadmap
  • Translate enterprise priorities into structured RevOps initiatives with clear owners and success metrics
  • Prepare executive-level materials, business cases, and board-ready content
  • Own execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives spanning Marketing Ops, GTM Systems, and Sales Operations
  • Enhance forecasting and analytics through the incorporation of AI processes
  • Act as connective tissue between RevOps and Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams
  • Provide both strategic guidance and hands-on contribution as a player-coach

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Revenue Operations or related operational leadership roles
  • 5+ years in a Director or VP level role
  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS, including 3+ years in performance marketing
  • Proficiency in developing Agentic AI applications within Google and Claude environments
  • Deep understanding of GTM operating models, forecasting, and analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence without formal authority
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
