Sr. Director, Reporting & Analytics - Patient Services

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of onsite and offshore analysts to drive data services strategy and execution
• Drive data and analytics strategy to optimize patient services and business operations
• Partner with Patient Services and D&A Business Leaders to generate new value streams and product offerings
• Act as the Data and Analytics Lead during client pitches, proposals, and marketing efforts
• Oversee the creation of scalable best practices for reporting, analytic, and insight solutions
• Collaborate with product owners and technical resources to define requirements and ensure solution delivery
• Deliver persuasive presentations to executive staff and clients demonstrating the value of analytics offerings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Statistics
• 11+ years of experience in data and analytics
• Direct experience working with Patient Hub/CRM, Specialty Pharmacy, and Market Access data
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Understanding of AI and Machine Learning models
• Experience with cloud-based storage solutions
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Tableau Desktop certified associate or Power BI certification
• AWS, GCP, or Azure certifications
• Knowledge of Snowflake
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
