Sr Director Product Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including market analysis, pricing, positioning, and pipeline management
• Partner with the global sales organization to drive adoption and build strategic customer relationships
• Shape and align global revenue growth strategies targeting high-value customers and mass-market opportunities
• Champion the development of compelling product messaging and value propositions across all communication channels
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners, including SIs, VMS providers, and software partners, to build complete customer solutions
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence new product and solution roadmaps
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of senior managers

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in technology product marketing or sales
• Proven leadership experience as a mentor and team builder
• Background in AI, semiconductors, or system solutions
• Demonstrated success in closing large strategic deals (tens to hundreds of millions)
• Expertise in PowerPoint and Excel for creating executive-level presentations
• Experience managing and optimizing marketing budgets
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive management and customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end ecosystem, from silicon to customer deployment
