Sr. Director, Patient Services Analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of onsite and offshore analysts to drive data services strategy and execution
• Provide strategic input for patient services business operations using predictive analytics and machine learning
• Act as the Data and Analytics Lead during client pitches, proposals, and marketing efforts
• Develop scalable best practices and product offerings for reporting, analytics, and insight solutions
• Collaborate with product owners and technical resources to define business requirements and technical specifications
• Deliver persuasive presentations to executive staff and clients demonstrating the value of data offerings
• Manage project prioritization and delivery to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Statistics
• 11+ years of experience in data and analytics
• Direct experience working with Patient Hub/CRM, Specialty Pharmacy, and Market Access data
• Strong understanding of AI/Machine Learning models
• Proficiency with cloud-based storage and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• Tableau Desktop certified associate or Power BI certification
• AWS, GCP, or Azure certification
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Experience in matrix organizations and working within a fast-paced, start-up style environment
