Sr. Director of Infrastructure, Data Center, Cloud

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise infrastructure and hosting strategy across on-premises data centers, colocation, and public cloud platforms.
• Lead modernization initiatives for compute, storage, virtualization, networking, and backup/recovery systems.
• Drive enterprise cloud operations and engineering across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including migration and optimization programs.
• Establish and lead enterprise FinOps governance to drive cloud cost transparency, forecasting, and optimization.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of infrastructure services through robust incident management and disaster recovery readiness.
• Manage strategic relationships and negotiations with cloud providers, infrastructure vendors, and managed service providers.
• Lead and develop high-performing global technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud operations, or platform engineering.
• 7+ years of experience leading global technical teams and large-scale enterprise infrastructure operations.
• Deep technical expertise in compute, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience leading hybrid cloud transformations and cloud optimization programs.
• Demonstrated experience in FinOps or managing infrastructure financial governance.
• Proven track record of managing large operational budgets and strategic vendor relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Industry certifications such as AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, ITIL, or FinOps Certified Practitioner.
• Experience implementing AIOps, observability, or infrastructure automation.
• Knowledge of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) methodologies.
