Sr. Director of Fleet and Logistics

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of transportation and fleet services across the US, Canada, LATAM, and other required regions.
• Direct asset management for transportation services, including trucks, telematics, software, and mobile communication devices.
• Control all spend associated with the fleet and delivery services in North America and LATAM.
• Identify opportunities to improve the delivery experience for stores, drivers, and customers while driving operational efficiency.
• Manage the effectiveness of support services, such as the dispatch team, for the Global Architectural Group.
• Develop and negotiate international fleet contracts with manufacturers and service providers.
• Partner with EHS to provide strategic leadership for DOT/FMCSA and PHMSA compliance and driver safety programs.
• Utilize Six-Sigma and Lean methodologies to optimize asset utilization and measure project progress.
• Lead the integration of transportation and fleet systems during company acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in stores, transportation, or customer support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of transportation and telematics systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree.
• Six-Sigma Certification (Green or Black Belt).
• Training in Lean Operations and Transactional Lean.
• Experience with large-scale system implementations.
