About the Company

OS National is a national escrow and title insurance agency wholly owned by Opendoor Technologies (NASDAQ: OPEN). We provide title insurance, escrow, and settlement services for purchase and refinance transactions across a growing number of states.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to acquire new customers across the real estate and mortgage ecosystem
  • Build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close relationships that align with growth targets
  • Own relationships with customers and serve as the senior point of contact for sales
  • Design the organizational structure for a scalable client development function
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team
  • Collaborate with the CEO, COO, and operations leaders on capacity planning and market expansion

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or client management within the title insurance, mortgage, or real estate industry
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and increasing market share
  • Experience building and scaling a sales or account management team
  • Deep understanding of the mortgage origination lifecycle and title/escrow services
  • Familiarity with RESPA and state title insurance regulations
  • Ability to travel approximately 40–50%
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Dallas, or Atlanta

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a large national title agency, title insurance underwriter, or mortgage lender
  • Existing relationships with decision-makers in the title and mortgage industries
  • Comfort operating in a high-growth environment where structure is being built alongside execution
