About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals, emphasizing AI and generative AI innovation
- Oversee the development, deployment, and management of S4/HANA platforms
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance online sales channels and customer engagement
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT leaders
- Manage IT budget for S4/HANA initiatives and provide regular performance reporting to senior management
- Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and sales teams to drive growth and enhance user experience
- Ensure IT solutions are compliant and cyber-safe
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of IT experience
- Proven experience leading S4 Transformation
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile methodology experience
- Leadership experience in two or more IT, Engineering, or Business functional areas
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technology into business value
- Experience driving results in a matrixed environment
