About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strategic investor relations plan to drive Cboe's messaging and long-term value creation.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, conference call scripts, and Q&A materials.
- Manage investor communications such as investor conferences, analyst days, shareholder reports, and one-on-one meetings.
- Produce executive-level competitive intelligence reports summarizing market, industry, and peer developments.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure consistent internal and external messaging.
- Oversee shareholder base analysis and develop targeted outreach strategies to identify high-quality prospective shareholders.
- Enhance sell-side connectivity through detailed reviews of analyst models and direct engagement with analysts.
- Partner with leadership to implement AI tools and process improvements for enhanced investor insight generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Math; an advanced degree or progress toward a CFA is a plus.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in investor relations, sell-side research, buy-side research, or finance.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Expertise in financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to digest large amounts of information.
- Deep understanding of capital markets and industry-specific key metrics.
- Ability to work under tight timelines while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
