About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional marketing teams to develop and execute end-to-end brand and marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Create growth strategies and differentiated positioning for the Petco master brand using customer data, insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead the enterprise marketing planning process, including crafting integrated marketing plans and managing budgets for multi-business initiatives.
- Orchestrate complex enterprise-wide integrated marketing campaigns and membership activations in partnership with Merchandising, Finance, and Ecommerce.
- Manage and supervise assigned staff, including hiring, training, guiding, and performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 12 years of experience as a B2C marketing leader, ideally in an integrated marketing role.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
