About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional marketing teams to develop and execute end-to-end brand and marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Create growth strategies and differentiated positioning for the Petco master brand using customer data, insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead the enterprise marketing planning process, including crafting integrated marketing plans and managing budgets for multi-business initiatives.
  • Orchestrate complex enterprise-wide integrated marketing campaigns and membership activations in partnership with Merchandising, Finance, and Ecommerce.
  • Manage and supervise assigned staff, including hiring, training, guiding, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 12 years of experience as a B2C marketing leader, ideally in an integrated marketing role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to successful outcomes.
