About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR Business Partner expertise to Therapeutic Areas Leadership to maximize organizational performance.
- Drive people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and change management.
- Align corporate and functional strategies with BMS people strategy, utilizing metrics and analytics to monitor effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to define future workforce requirements and deploy people programs.
- Lead a team of functional HRBPs, ensuring continuous performance, engagement, and professional development.
- Support succession planning, talent retention efforts, and external talent pipelining.
- Shape and lead change management efforts to ensure the successful delivery of organizational solutions and programs.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree (Advanced Degree preferred).
- 15+ years of relevant HR business experience.
- Proven leadership experience in managing global, diverse teams of HR professionals.
- Expertise in talent management, including acquisition, performance management, and DEI.
- Demonstrated experience using data and analytics to drive business and talent decisions.
- Extensive experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Strong ability to influence and work effectively within a complex, matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global teams across multiple geographies.
- Demonstrated strength in executive coaching and strategic business acumen.
- Proficiency in utilizing data visualization and diagnostic capabilities to generate insights.
