Sr. Director, HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Consult with senior executives and HR partner groups to drive business success through thought leadership and aligned HR strategies.
• Translate business strategy into talent strategies that reinforce an equitable and inclusive organizational culture.
• Lead talent-related deliverables including strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and recruiting/retention strategies.
• Assess human capital risks and develop remediation strategies to mitigate employment practice risks.
• Provide executive coaching and advice on leadership, teamwork, and organizational design.
• Measure the effectiveness of HR programs using data-driven insights to drive intentional action.
• Lead enterprise-wide HR projects and serve as an inspiring leader to the HR team through coaching and development.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 9 years of client-facing experience OR at least 9 years of consulting experience (or a combination).
• At least 9 years of experience in Human Resources.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, MBA, or Master’s Degree.
• Professional Human Resources Certification (PHR), Senior Professional Human Resources certification (SPHR), or coaching certification.
• 11+ years of client-facing or consulting experience.
• 11+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting.
