About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global Q2D (Quote-to-Delivery) process blueprint, including pricing models, order management rules, and fulfillment standards.
- Partner with sales, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to define future-state system requirements and controls.
- Lead JDE configuration, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, including the development of test scripts and managing defect resolution.
- Design and implement system-enabled financial controls to ensure auditability, data integrity, and compliance across all transactions.
- Drive global process standardization and manage large-scale change adoption through training programs and documentation.
- Establish and monitor Q2D KPIs such as order cycle time, OTIF, fill rate, and pricing accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, order management, or supply chain.
- 5+ years in a global Q2D or Order-to-Delivery leadership role.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or JDE), with a strong preference for JD Edwards.
- Proven track record of leading or supporting at least one full-cycle ERP implementation in a multi-site environment.
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, PMP) is strongly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global business services to harmonize site-level processes into a standardized global model.
- Experience designing controls for revenue assurance and order orchestration.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
