Sr. Director, Global Planning

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all supply planning activities for one or more business units to meet on-time-delivery metrics.
• Generate material and factory build plans while driving increased automation and execution efficiencies.
• Define supply chain requirements for advanced planning software and execution systems such as Kinaxis and SAP.
• Ensure the integrity of key data inputs, including BOMs, factory yields, and cycle times, within advanced planning software.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Capacity Planning, Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, and IT to improve supply chain efficiencies.
• Manage and elevate a global team of experienced professionals across multiple geographic locations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and establish benchmarking frameworks for the supply chain organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management.
• Extensive experience utilizing advanced supply chain planning software (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or SAP).
• Proficiency with ERP software such as Oracle or SAP.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional global teams and managing high-performing professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and conduct trade-off analyses in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
