About the role
Responsibilities
- Increase renewal rates and reduce churn
- Expand revenue through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Enhance product adoption, customer satisfaction, and health scores
- Use data and analytics to drive customer success metrics and decisions
- Map and enhance the customer journey and segmentation strategies
- Oversee onboarding, training, and professional services
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent within the Customer Success team
- Implement enablement programs around DevOps, DevSecOps, and Application Security
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior Customer Success leadership role within a SaaS company
- Experience in application security or a related industry preferred
- Demonstrated success in transforming and scaling global customer success organizations
- Strong technical background with ability to understand complex technical concepts
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
