About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, grow and inspire the Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to help them overachieve on their goals and objectives
- Instill a culture of teamwork focused on leading with measurable business value and achieving desired customer outcomes
- Develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners to ensure long-term success
- Drive ongoing learning of the continuous innovation being delivered to our customers via our data intelligence and GenAI solutions
- Actively participate in the region’s growth plans, ensure forecast accuracy and build a customer-focused, durable, high-growth business
Requirements
- 5+ years of building and leading high-growth sales teams in Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, or AI spaces
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in hyper-growth enterprise technology companies
- Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of Message
- Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories
- Proven track record of leading teams focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong Retail industry experience
