Sr. Director, Content Commerce, Robotics

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-platform content commerce strategy for Robotics across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, and emerging surfaces
• Build the livestreaming sales engine including hosts, scripts, studios, and conversion infrastructure
• Design and operate a creator/KOL/KOC program to recruit and measure third-party voices
• Stand up an in-house content studio for product education and high-velocity short-form output
• Build deep partnerships with priority platforms for creator funds and livestream slots
• Own the conversion infrastructure connecting content surfaces to ecommerce and direct sales channels
• Coordinate with Ecommerce, Brand, and Finance on content-only offers and bundles
• Establish a measurement system covering GMV, conversion rate, and content ROI
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and complies with FTC and platform policies
• Build and lead a content commerce organization spanning production, talent, and operations

Requirements

• 10+ years in content marketing, social commerce, or content-led DTC
• 5+ years operating revenue-bearing content commerce programs
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline
• Proven ability to scale livestream or creator-led channels to meaningful GMV
• Existing relationships with creators, MCNs, and platform partner teams
• Strong instinct for product storytelling and demo design
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating commerce across both US and Greater China ecosystems
• Background in robotics, EV, or premium consumer tech content
• Track record integrating AI tools into content production
• Bilingual (English / Mandarin) capability
