Sr. Director, Community Sales, Robotics

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy for community-led growth, including member program design, private-domain operations, referral, and ambassador models
• Own the Robotics member program including tiers, benefits, and exclusives
• Build and operate private-domain channels such as community apps, WeChat, Discord, and Telegram
• Design and scale referral and ambassador programs to convert users into acquisition channels
• Integrate Web3 and AIXC mechanics like member tokens and on-chain credentials into the community model
• Build technology and data infrastructure to attribute community activity to revenue
• Lead a community sales organization spanning management, programs, ops, and analytics

Requirements

• 10+ years in community, loyalty, or private-domain commercial leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline
• Proven track record of operating community channels as measurable revenue contributors
• Experience designing scalable referral, ambassador, or loyalty programs
• Hands-on experience with community platforms, CRM, and private-domain operations tooling
• Experience leading teams of 10+ people

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating private-domain commerce across US and Greater China ecosystems
• Familiarity with Web3 and token-based membership constructs
• Background in EV, premium consumer tech, or robotics user communities
• Bilingual capability in English and Mandarin
