About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead commercialization strategy for priority market-facing revenue products, including go-to-market planning, positioning, and launch readiness
- Translate corporate strategy into executable commercial plans and define measurable objectives across Sales, Product Marketing, and Finance
- Partner with leadership to support pipeline readiness, seller enablement, and ongoing product adoption
- Drive revenue optimization through performance analysis, market feedback, and post-launch refinement
- Shape pricing, packaging, and value propositions in collaboration with Sales and Product Marketing
- Oversee the development of business models, revenue forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and individual contributors
- Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture focused on accountability and cross-functional partnership
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in commercialization, sales strategy, product marketing, or business development
- 8+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience
- Strong strategic, financial, and analytical skills
- Master's Degree preferred
