Sr. Director, Client & Delivery Excellence

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient support programs to drive success, patient outcomes, and client satisfaction
• Set clear operational direction, work plans, and outcome measurements
• Manage employee performance, workforce management, and talent pipelines
• Drive strategic roadmaps for patient affordability initiatives and copay program performance
• Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and program partners
• Participate in client and vendor request for proposal (RFP) initiatives
• Execute program strategies to grow and improve business through various projects and solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to mitigate impact of accumulator and maximizer programs

Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare operations management experience
• Experience with Patient Support Programs
• Bachelor's Degree in business or a healthcare-related field
• Expertise in designing and executing strategic patient affordability and copay assistance programs
• Proven track record in customer service and client relationship management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage, mentor, train, and develop employees
• Ability to travel up to 20% to client sites and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in business or healthcare
• 10+ years of experience in patient/hub services, pharmacy services, or account management
