Sr. Director, CI Program Manager - Inventory Management

Responsibilities

• Program manage a roadmap for continuous improvement of the Inventory Management service area, focusing on operations, CX, and technology
• Leverage data to establish key metrics for governance and track impact on cost and service
• Work with Operations leadership and warehouse associates on end-to-end initiatives including replenishment, pick, and pack
• Partner with CX leadership to identify and resolve merchant retention risks related to inventory
• Partner with Product Development to design WMS/OMS system improvements
• Partner with Engineering to explore automation and technology opportunities
• Drive critical Inventory Management initiatives and design solutions for the D2C Outbound program

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• 7+ years of experience as a Process/Industrial Engineer or in Operations Management
• Experience in D2C fulfillment, e-commerce, 3PL, or high-velocity distribution environments
• Proficiency in process mapping and data analysis
• Experience with WMS/ERP and fulfillment execution workflows
• Strong problem-solving and project leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both hourly associates and senior leaders
