Sr Director, BU Finance CMBU

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management, strategic planning, and P&L responsibility for the company's largest business unit.
• Drive high-confidence revenue and margin forecast expectations, including uncertainty factor ranges.
• Manage the DRAM portfolio from a financial perspective through ROI analysis and executive reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Pricing teams to ensure profitability and performance to plan.
• Oversee inventory management to support customer demand while limiting obsolescence exposure.
• Drive system solutions for improved financial reporting, including the development of business-friendly dashboards.
• Manage and develop team members through goal setting, performance appraisals, and career mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 15+ years of finance experience specifically within the Semiconductor or Memory industry.
• 8+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to work across functional boundaries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of mobilizing teams to implement execution improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in Finance or Business.
• Extensive experience coordinating complex business operations and planning activities.
