About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve Pizza Hut U.S. brand and customer strategy to drive growth, traffic, and profitability
  • Own and lead the U.S. marketing calendar, including promotions, LTOs, pricing strategies, and key campaign windows
  • Drive the end-to-end menu strategy and innovation pipeline, including new product development and portfolio optimization
  • Lead Consumer Insights to translate data, research, and trends into actionable business strategies
  • Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure menu innovations are scalable, feasible, and financially impactful
  • Build strong relationships with Franchise partners to ensure alignment and successful execution across the system
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of 10–12 members across Insights, Planning, and Innovation

Requirements

  • 10–12+ years of experience in Marketing, Strategy, or a related field
  • Proven experience leading brand strategy, marketing calendar planning, and product innovation
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to connect strategy to business outcomes
  • Experience in QSR, retail, or consumer brands
  • Experience working in a franchise or multi-unit environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, attending the Plano, TX office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
