Sr. Director, At Home Production

Responsibilities

• Lead all studio and REMI-based production activities supporting Versant Sports properties
• Maintain operational oversight of studio and control room production workflows
• Own the evolution of studio and @Home production workflows to enhance efficiency and quality
• Manage and develop a team of Technical Managers
• Oversee operational cost control, budgeting, and forecasting for production activities
• Partner with engineering and venue connectivity teams to modernize production models
• Collaborate with sports operations and content teams to ensure seamless production integration

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sports studio production and control room operations
• Proven leadership experience managing technical or production teams
• Strong understanding of studio, REMI, and control room production environments
• Demonstrated ability to evolve production workflows through practical innovation
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading distributed or hybrid production models
• Familiarity with remote and cloud-based production technologies
• Strong cost control, budgeting, and operational planning experience
• Ability to balance daily operational execution with long-term workflow improvement
