Sr. Director - AI Product Development & Product Excellence Transformation

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a unified data infrastructure across Product Development and Product Excellence
• Define and execute the AI transformation roadmap across the full product development lifecycle
• Lead the reimagination of program management infrastructure using AI-powered tooling
• Transform consumer insights capabilities including 5-star rating prediction and voice-of-consumer analysis
• Build, lead, and scale a team of AI Fellows embedded into product teams
• Drive change management and AI adoption across global workforces

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, product development leadership, or technology transformation
• Strong technical fluency in AI/ML and data infrastructure
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation or change management initiatives
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycles in hardware or consumer electronics
• Ability to operate in high-velocity, ambiguous environments
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (including China)
• Ability to work on-site in Boston, MA or New York, NY

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an AI-native company
• Experience productionalizing AI prototypes into enterprise-grade tools
• Familiarity with quality engineering concepts like FMEAs and reliability testing
