About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive client growth by linking insights to business challenges and expanding solution adoption
  • Define and structure ambiguous business questions into clear, actionable analytical plans
  • Design and deliver fact-based analyses that integrate multiple data sources into actionable recommendations
  • Partner with client Analytics teams to interpret complex models and translate them into business implications
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders to influence decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal Product, Analytics, and Client Insights teams
  • Elevate team output by setting standards for analytic rigor, storytelling, and deliverable quality
  • Proactively introduce new perspectives and thought leadership to shape client strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • 8–12+ years of experience in client leadership, category management, consumer insights, or analytics
  • Proven experience working within large, matrixed organizations
  • Deep expertise in working with syndicated and modeled datasets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with syndicated data or analytics platforms (e.g., Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, retailer POS, or panel data)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a quantitative or business-related field
  • Prior experience specifically using Circana tools and processes
  • Experience in consultative account management within the CPG or retail industries
