Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support to Paid Media and Marketing teams by compiling performance reports across digital channels
• Build and maintain measurement plans, attribution models, and benchmarks to evaluate paid media performance
• Partner with Data, Product, and Engineering teams to manage data pipelines and enforce reporting taxonomy
• Collaborate with media and marketing teams to inform audience targeting and develop campaign tests
• Lead paid media projects involving data aggregation and measurement tools like Datorama and BigQuery
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or relevant coursework
• 4-6 years of experience in analytics (client, publisher, or agency side)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Knowledge of attribution models and media mix modeling (MMM)
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Datorama, DOMO, or Google Data Studio
• Deep understanding of ad tech, martech, and programmatic buying tools
• Experience designing and measuring A/B tests
• Ability to pull large data sets using SQL
